Police are looking for suspects in what appear to be the city’s 35th and 36th homicides this year.

On Saturday morning, a passerby discovered a woman’s body near the intersection of JFK and Chain of Lakes drives in Golden Gate Park. Kron 4 reports that the victim appeared to be in her mid-20’s to mid-30’s, with blunt force trauma to the head. The death is being investigated as a homicide, although police currently have no suspects.

The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival took place in Golden Gate Park this weekend. It’s unclear whether the victim attended.

And yesterday, 36-year-old Selvin Juarez was shot and killed at 3rd and Oakdale Avenue in Bayview. The Chronicle reports that police currently have no suspects in that case either.

Update: The body found at Golden Gate Park has been identified as that of Audrey Carey, a 23-year-old from Canada.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
