Unconscious Woman Found Stabbed

San Francisco police are trying to find out what happened to an unidentified woman who was found on 12th Street with multiple stab wounds. 

Officer Albie Esparza says officers were called out to the unit block of 12th Street on Saturday at about 10:40 p.m. on reports of an unconscious woman on the street. When they arrived , they saw she had been stabbed multiple times. She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where she remains in critical condition. 

Police had no suspect information at this time and no further details on the crime.
