SFPD Negotiating With Barricaded Person Near Mission Bay

We are getting word that San Francisco police are at King and Fourth Streets where they're trying to negotiate with a person who is barricaded inside a building. 

Officer Grace Gatpandan tells us it's an attempted suicide. She had no further details at this time, but police warned that traffic was definitely being affected.
