Attempted Homicide Caught on Surveillance Video

Posted By on Fri, Feb 20, 2015 at 10:10 AM

San Francisco police are looking for a shooter — and a victim — after they located surveillance video showing an attempted homicide.

Police had very few details to offer, but said that the incident occurred on Valentine's Day at about 1:30 p.m. on the intersection of Blythedale and Hahn. Officers say, in the video, they saw a person firing a weapon and chasing after an unknown victim.

The officers went to the crime scene and located several shell casings around the area, but no suspect was located and no victim has come forward.

Police would not release the surveillance or provide anymore information about the crime. Anyone who witnessed the shooting is asked to contact SFPD at (415) 575-4444.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
