Luke Brugnara, aka "Lucky Luke" ran out of luck yesterday when he was arrested after slipping out of jail last week.

The FBI reports that the fugitive was captured yesterday in Los Gatos and has since returned to jail. Brugnara had been on the lam since he bolted the San Francisco federal building last week during a meeting with his attorney. A judge granted Brugnara a furlough to meet with his lawyer, a move that federal marshals called "highly unusual."

It's not yet clear how he managed to get out of the courthouse unnoticed.

Brugnara was about to stand trial on charges of mail fraud for not paying for approximately $11 million in art. The San Francisco commercial and real estate developer was previously convicted of tax evasion.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
