Local Umbrella Can't Handle a Little S.F. Wind and Rain, Says "Screw It"

Much-needed rain is always a good thing, unless of course your always-reliable umbrella punks out on you mid rainstorm. 

But alas, San Franciscans — and their umbrellas — are never skilled at tolerating "extreme" weather. And we are using the phrase "extreme weather" very liberally. 

Perhaps it's time for us to find some other way to weather this weather.
