Update 4:15 p.m.: More BART trains are halted due to the wind. According to the transit agency, BART service has stopped between Coliseum and Oakland Airport because of electrical problems. Also, trains between Hayward and South Hayward on the Fremont Line in the Fremont, Richmond and Daly City directions are not moving due to an obstruction on the track.

Update 2:50 p.m.:
And now service has stopped between Pleasant Hill and Concord on the Pittsburg/Bay Point Line.

Update 2:43 p.m.:
It appears trees are toppling everywhere today. Now BART is reporting more major delays between Pleasant Hill and Concord on the Pittsburg/Bay Point Line due to another downed tree.

Original story: Well, we knew this was coming — or in BART's case not coming. BART has halted service in all directions between 24th Street in San Francisco and Daly City due to high winds.

The strong gusts have sporadically caused delays through the day, but now the wind has blown debris onto the tracks, forcing all trains to stop.

Stay tuned.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
