Well this is crazy. A 30-year-old man is recovering today after he was set ablaze while walking through the city's Bayview neighborhood over the weekend.

According to police reports, the victim was walking across the street toward a crowd on Third and Jennings streets when someone hurled an unknown chemical substance on him, then lit a flame to his clothing.

The victim was rushed to San Francisco General Hospital where he's being treated for blisters to his upper body. Authorities say the man is expected to survive.

Police were unable to provide more information, including suspect description or a possible motive.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
