Drivers Forget How to Drive in Rain

Erin Sherbert Dec 2, 2014 8:23 AM
Finally — it's pouring rain.

And Mother Nature has no plans to make it stop anytime soon. Expect healthy showers through Thursday.

The drawback to this unfamiliar amount of rain (and wind) is that we've apparently forgotten how to drive in it. According to ABC News, the CHP has already reported more than 100 traffic incidents on the roads this morning, including a car that got stuck on the pedestrian walkway of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Also, there are four-hour delays at SFO due to the rain.

Regardless of all the transportation mess, this rain is great news for us. The reservoir levels are rising!
