Man Run Over by Gas Truck Identified as Henok Ayele

Posted By on Thu, Nov 6, 2014 at 1:47 PM

Medical authorities this morning say it was 35-year-old Henok Ayele who was killed yesterday after he fell from a fuel truck and was run over.

For unknown reasons, Ayele was hanging off the fuel tanker as it turned onto Turk Street when he fell from the truck. The truck driver ran over the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the driver might not realize he ran over the man. As of yesterday, investigators were trying to locate the truck company.
