Update: More people stabbed and shot. read below.

Minutes after the Giants won the World Series tonight, an unidentified person was shot and fires were started as fans began to celebrate in the streets of San Francisco.

Police didn't have much information at this point, but said the victim was shot in the arm amid revelers in the Mission District. The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and is expected to survive.

Police say the shooter is at large and there's no suspect description at this time.

Meanwhile, "spontaneous celebrations" are taking place citywide; fans are pouring in to the streets in both the Mission and Civic Center, setting of firecrackers. It could be a long night in San Francisco.

Per the SFPD:

As fans gathered in the streets to celebrate, bonfires were ignited. There were a few locations where bonfires were set. Those have been extinguished by police and firefighters working together.

But don't worry: The police department is currently making sure fans stay safe. "We are working to make sure flow of traffic is maintained at this point. There have been a few arrests so far." says Officer Gordon Shyy.

Down in the Southern District, cops were also struck with bottles, firecrackers and M80s. Multiple officers suffered minor injuries, and one was transported to SFGH.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
