It's Going to Rain in San Francisco Tonight

Not even that much ... - FLICKR/HENRY…
It won't be much, but we'll take anything, especially after the heat wave that has lingered over San Francisco the last week.

According to the National Weather Service, a slight storm hit Santa Rosa as we type, and is slowly making its way south to San Francisco where it'll rain just enough to "get the streets wet."

Steve Anderson, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service, tells us that there's a 40 percent chance that more rain will fall tomorrow morning. After that, we should see a slight break, followed by another possible shower come Saturday.

When it's all said and done, the region will see no more than one-tenth of an inch of rain. "We need about 100 times that to really make a dent in the drought," Anderson told us.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
