Here you go: a warm image of man and his best friend to cleanse your news palate.
Luke Robinson and his Great Pyrenees, Indiana, are taking the longest dog walk ever — from Canada to the Mexico border, and talking to people along the way about canine cancer. On Wednesday, the pair stopped in San Francisco, enjoying the October heat wave in Dolores Park.
To date, they've hiked 1,000 miles and plan to journey across the Golden Gate Bridge this week, just for fun. You can follow their jaunt down the coast
via Tagg GPS Pet Tracker. Or if you're
really motivated, you could
start your own insanely long dog walk — and a trip to the mailbox and back doesn't count.
