Big Tree Falls in North Beach: Streets Closed, Muni Delayed

Traffic is pretty jammed down in North Beach where a 30-foot tree randomly fell, knocking out power on Muni. 

Police were forced to close down Columbus Street from  Broadway to Green streets and Vallejo Street is closed from Grant to Stockton streets while crews cut and remove the tree. 
Some Muni lines have been affected as a result of the morning surprise. Here's the latest instruction from Muni:
