Police Descend on BART Station in Oakland, Expect Delays This Morning

BART is reporting up to 15-minute delays for all commuters headed into San Francisco this morning after a passenger was reportedly threatening others at the West Oakland station. 

BART spokesman Jim Allison says officers are investigating the incident now.No more details were available at this time.
