This morning, the National Transportation Safety Board has gathered at the state's Capitol where it's
releasing the findings of what caused Asiana Flight 214 to crash at San Francisco International Airport last year.
On July 6, 2013, the Boeing 777 was approaching SFO when the plane crashed into the seawall, killing three, including two teenagers on their way to a school trip in Los Angeles, and injuring hundreds more.
