San Francisco Cops Shoot Pit Bull

A San Francisco pit bull is in recovery this morning after police shot the pup in the leg during a domestic dispute last night.

According to police reports, the cops were called to the 100 block of Brookdale Avenue at about 9:19 p.m. om reports of a domestic fight. When the cops arrived, the pit bull emerged from the door of a nearby residence and "charged the officers."

The cops fired their guns, hitting the pup in the leg, The dog was taken to Animal Care & Control where it's being treated for its injury.

The domestic dispute turned out to have no merit, according to Officer Albie Esparza.
