Two men are in critical condition this morning after they were gunned down while sitting in two parked cars in the city's Potrero Hill neighborhood last night.

According to police, at about 9 p.m., two men, both 30 years old, were inside their cars parked on the unit block of Turner Terrace when an unknown person walked up and fired multiple rounds inside both vehicles.

The victims were able to drive themselves to San Francisco General Hospital where they're being treated for life-threatening injuries, says Sgt. Eric O'Neal.

Police had no suspect description at this time.
