British Olympic medalist Tom Daley is a heartthrob to adoring young women that doesn't want to feel like a fish-out-of-water anymore.

Today, Daley released a confessional clip on YouTube, detailing his struggle with coming to terms with his sexuality and his newfound comfort with admitting that he's currently in a relationship with a man.

No, he's not gay -- he's bisexual

In the 5-minute video, he explains that while trying to keep the details of his life private, this was one thing he wanted to go public with, not just for himself, but for his fans. He also didn't want third-party sources and tabloids to have their way with this news.

"Well, come spring this year, my life changed massively when I meet someone and they made me feel so happy, so safe and everything just feels great. And, well, that someone is a guy. And it did take me by surprise a little bit. I mean, it was always in the back of my head that something like that could happen but it wasn't until spring this year that something just clicked. It felt right and I was like 'Oh. Okay?' And like I said, my whole world just changed right there and then. And, you know, and of course I still fancy girls but I mean, right now I'm dating a guy and I couldn't be happier."

If you don't believe us, watch the video for yourself:

Daley is best known for winning the bronze medal in the 10-meter diving category at the 2012 London Summer Olympics. He is training for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

But in the mean time, perhaps we'll catch a glimpse of the famous teen in San Francisco around gay pride week -- Speedo and all.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
