A Glen Park man is going to jail after he got a little too neighborly with the woman who lived upstairs from him.

The Ex has the bizarre story today of 32-year-old Osabio Jimenez who was recently convicted for breaking into his neighbor's home in the middle of the night and licking her ear as she slept. Ick!

On Oct. 1, 2012, the 31-year-old victim came home and noticed that Jimenez was having a loud party. Sometime around midnight, the woman turned up the volume on her TV set, attempting to drown out the noise from the party happening below. She fell asleep, but was awoken an hour later to a man slobbering in her ear.

According to prosecutors, the victim initially assumed it was her boyfriend licking her ear, but when she looked over she saw Jimenez on top of her. She reportedly told him to get out, but instead of taking a hint, Jimenez sat up on her bed; she got up and that's when she noticed that "his sweatpants were partially pulled down," and his penis was exposed prosecutors said.

Jimenez, who had gotten inside through the woman's bedroom window, left through the front door. When the cops arrived, they collected plenty of evidence linking Jimenez to the crime.

"The victim's ear was swabbed and the DNA on her ear turned out to be the defendant's," prosecutors told the Ex. They also found dirt on the white curtain, fingerprints on the windowpane and wall, as well as several overturned buckets outside the victim's bedroom.

In addition, the woman's roommate reported seeing Jimenez leaving their home right after the unwanted encounter.

Jimenez was recently sentenced to six years and eights months in state prison, and he must register as a sex offender.

The victim has since moved out.
