Easy Pie Chart Helps Confused People Better Understand Gay Marriage Ruling

Do you need a pie chart to tell you what's going to happen next?

It doesn't matter how many courts make it possible for gays to marry in California, there's going to be that legion of people who just can't seem to grasp it, specifically your gay-hating uncle living in the hotter parts of the state.

But don't get flustered trying to explain it to them, and don't bother trying to get them to read the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling on Proposition 8, California's ban on same-sex marriage, because some people are just visual learners.

So next time someone asks "what's going to happen to the world now that gays can marry?" just show them this easy-to-understand pie chart:
