Suspicious Package Found, Powell Street BART Station Closed

Update 8:38 a.m.: All Muni lines are back to normal and BART Powell Street station is open again.

Original Story 8:09 a.m.: San Francisco police have closed off surrounding streets in downtown after a "suspicious package" was located at Market and Cyril Magnin streets this morning.

At about 7:20 a.m., police were called to the location to investigate the package, forcing them to reroute traffic and close the Powell Street BART Station.

According to the SFMTA's Twitter feed:
