If you were in the East Bay last night watching the Giants sweep the World Series, you missed the mega street party across the bay. San Franciscans poured into the streets by the thousands in almost every neighborhood, blocking traffic and unleashing their excitement in whatever way it felt right.

And then that excitement went a little too far. The cops were reportedly called out to the Mission District to break up rowdy crowds of baseball fans that had started small fires and were blowing things up. Down by AT&T Park, the SWAT team moved in on fans who were tossing beer bottles in the street and igniting their own little fires of joy.
When it was all said and done, some 35 people were arrested.
