San Francisco police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection to the slaying of two men in the city's Visitacion Valley neighborhood earlier this summer.
On Thursday, homicide investigators charged Keith Wilkins with two counts of murder linked to the shooting deaths of Marche Daniels, 25, and Frederick Glaspie, 27, both of San Francisco.
On July 30, a big fight broke out on the unit block of Burr Avenue. The cops were called to the scene where they found both men suffering from gunshot wounds. They were taken to local hospitals where they later died.
The crime scene was so chaotic that the cops had to call for backup to help control the "large, hostile crowd."

With that many people around, police were counting on witnesses to come forward and identify the shooters. SFPD partnered with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to track down the suspect, according to police.
The homicide remains under investigation, and anyone with additional
information is encouraged to contact Sergeant William Braconi, or
Sergeant Gary Watts of the Homicide Detail at 553-1145. You can also use the anonymous tip line at 575-4444 or Text-a-Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with, "SFPD."
