Do they look like they are having fun?
Doing laundry is never a pleasant chore. It was particularly distressing for one San Francisco woman who was shot while washing her clothes.
Police say the 49-year-old woman got caught in crossfire early this morning as she hung her clothes to dry in front of her home on the 900 block of Connecticut.
The woman was hanging the laundry about 1:30 a.m. when she heard gunshots. Soon after, she felt a sting on her leg and realized she had been hit by a bullet.
The woman was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with a non-life threatening injury to her leg.
No suspect description was available and no arrests have been made.
