Suspicious Package Found on Beach Street Just Harmless Apparel

(Update 11 a.m.): Officer Albie Esparza said the suspicious package turned out to be nothing but a bag filled with clothes. All streets are open to traffic again. Phew.

(Original story 9:40 a.m.): Officer Albie Esparza has informed us that a suspicious package has been located on the 1600 block of Beach Street in the city's Marina District.

He's headed to the scene now, and had no more information available at this time. Check back for updates.
