Medical authorities have released the identities of the five people who were brutally murdered Friday inside their Ingleside home. According to a release from the San Francisco coroner, the victims were listed as the following:

Hua Shun Lei, 65; his wife, Wan Yi Xu, 62; and their children Vincent Lei, 32, and Ying Xue Lei, 37. The third female was identified as Chia Huei Chu, 30.

Some 40 investigators are still combing the crime scene, which police have described as one of the most gruesome they've seen; apparently, the suspect had tossed bleach everywhere, attempting to manipulate the investigation.

And the tactic worked; investigators had initially thought two of the victims were shot in what police thought was a possible murder-suicide. But after spending the weekend investigating the scene, officers arrested 35-year-old Binh Thai Luc on suspicion of killing all five victims.

Some reports have claimed that the killing was motivated by money and debt, but police have not confirmed a motive. They did tell reporters that they believe the victims were killed with a machete-type knife.

The Chron unveiled the suspect's criminal past, including an eight-year stint in prison for robbing a Chinese restaurant in Santa Clara County. Immigration authorities are also exploring whether Luc is in violation of immigration laws and could be deported.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
