Howard Frazier Accused of Stabbing Luther Robinson to Death

Police say they have arrested 45-year-old Howard Frazier on suspicion of killing Luther Robinson last week during an argument in the city's Bayview District.

Police were called to the intersection of Third Street and Palou, where they found Robinson, 54, lying on the street with stab wounds. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he later died.

On Feb. 20. police charged Frazier with murdering Robinson; however, they would not release a photo of the suspect, pending further investigation.

The incident is still under investigation. Police are asking anyone with additional information to contact Inspector Gianrico Pierucci or Inspector John Miller at 553-1145. People can also call the anonymous tip line at 575-4444, or Text a Tip to TIP411.
