Update (4:05 p.m.): Protesters are being led out of Bank of America in handcuffs amid cheers from supporters around.
Update (3:15 p.m): SF Weekly's Ellen Huet is at the scene and tells us that about 50 protesters set up a tent inside the Bank of America on California Street. Police are inside the bank; nobody is being arrested, but zip ties are visible. Protesters are chanting "Banks got bailed out, we got sold out." Cops are rallying at Davis and California street, putting on riot gear. Stockton Street is already closed off.
Update (2:45 p.m.) Twitter is buzzing with updates on the march; the latest we are reading is that protesters have marched right into the BofA in the Financial District and "occupied" the bank. Here's a short video.
Original story (1:10 p.m.): Just 12 hours hours after police circled part of the Occupy SF camp near Justin Herman Plaza, arresting seven and dismantling tents, protesters started making plans to march through downtown San Francisco.
