BART Rally Snarls Traffic, Frustrates Commuters (Slideshow)

Yesterday, we tracked the unruly protesters who interrupted the evening commute, creating major train delays and station closures. And while these protesters were expressing their outrage over the recent shooting of 45-year-old Charles Hill, commuters were a little infuriated themselves.

Demonstrators dragged a dumpster into Mission Street, confusing drivers and setting off a chain of honking.
