UPDATE: Police arrested a 17-year-old man on suspicion of shooting and killing a infant Sunday morning. They say he was seeking revenge after being the target of a beating in May. However, police claim the shooting was a case of mistaken identity. According to media outlets, the shooter thought he saw a rival gang member get into the car where the family was shot. Police identified the baby as Izak Jesus Jiminez-Lopez, according to the San Francisco Examiner.

Original story 11:20 a.m.: Police have arrested someone in connection with the triple shooting in East Palo Alto over the weekend, which killed an infant boy.

Cops will gather at the East Palo Alto Police Station at noon to give reporters details of the arrest. We will provide you with more information as we learn more.

The baby boy was fatally shot in the head while sitting in a car with his parents on Wisteria Drive around 1 a.m. on Sunday. He was taken to Stanford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at about 2:15.

The parents and their 3-year-old son were also wounded in the shooting, but police say they are all expected to survive.

The Redwood City family had reportedly just left a baby shower when two men fired multiple rounds into the car. The 22-year-old mother tried to block her sons from being hit, but her infant got caught in the crossfire.

The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
