Update 5:05 p.m.: Police have arrested Keo Sobera, 24, on suspicion of shooting Pacific Som at the Bernal Heights party. Police are still looking for the shooter who killed Rathanak Chea.

Original story, 8 a.m.: Medical authorities have identified the two men that were killed Saturday night at a Bernal Heights birthday party brawl as Pacific "Jerry" Som, 21, and Rathanak Chea, 26, both of San Francisco.

The two men were found shot to death at about 7:20 p.m. at 192 Appleton Avenue, in the Holly Court housing projects. A third man, who was a brother of one of the victims, had also been shot, but survived, according to media outlets.

Witnesses told reporters that the fight broke out around sunset when four men were beating another man. The victim's friend allegedly fired a gun in the air, presumably to scare off the attackers.

That's when the fight turned into a deadly shootout.

The two men were at the 31st birthday party of Ruben Collins. Police say they do not believe the shootings were gang-related, but neighbors told reporters that they felt there was some tension between two groups in the neighborhood.

Friends and family of the victims told the Chronicle that Chea had just

moved to the Sunset District with his girlfriend and 7-year-old

Police have arrested several people in connection with the shootings, but they have yet to find the man who pulled the trigger, according to media outlets.
