The case involving 16-year-old Andy Zeng, who was killed over the weekend, keeps getting more and more disturbing.

The 15-year-old boy charged with shooting Zeng appeared in court today where prosecutors gave details about what happened the morning Zeng, a sophomore at Thurgood Marshall Academic High School, was killed. The teen did not enter a plea.

Media outlets report that the teen, whose name is not being released, admitted he accidentally shot Zeng in the back of the head with a .22-caliber revolver. He then called 18-year-old Jimmy Lei to help dispose of Zeng's body. Lei brought over three friends, garbage bags and gasoline.

They took Zeng's body out of a closet inside the Silver Terrace duplex and

tried to put it into garbage bags -- but it wouldn't fit. So Lei gave the the 15-year-old boy a butcher knife and told him to cut Zeng's body in half.

The teen refused to cut his body and instead Lei suggested they break Zeng's legs before dousing him in gasoline to try and cover up the evidence.

Lei, a student at San Francisco City College, plead not guilty to charges of attempted arson and conspiracy. He still smelled of gasoline when he was arrested.

Lei's attorney claim his involvement was being overstated.
