All 57 BART trains were running on time as of 4 p.m. after a power outage shutdown stations in Berkeley.

At about 11:15 a.m., a substation in Berkeley lost power when a truck hit a pole and knocked the power out to 27,000 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers -- including BART.

BART closed stations and ran the trains at reduced speeds between Ashby and the North Berkeley, officials said. A bus bridge helped carry passengers during the closure.

There were delays until about 1:30 p.m.

"We're back on track," said Jim Allison, spokesman for BART.

So we can expect a smooth evening commute home?

"I'll go out on a limb and say 'yes,'" Allison said with a chuckle.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
