More tenants in San Francisco are getting evicted partly because they are either breaking their contracts or landlords say they are just plain trouble.

According to the city's Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board, 1,370 landlords filed eviction notices with the city between March 1, 2010, and Feb. 28, 2011 -- an 8 percent increase from the previous 12 months.

Landlords have been expelling tenants because of "failure to permit landlord access," a problem that increased by 63 percent from the prior year.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
