The Medical Examiner's office has released the identity of Sunday's late-night blaze on Golden Gate Avenue: The victim was a 73-year-old man named Iris Evans.

The San Francisco Fire Department received a call regarding a fire at 1922 Golden Gate at 11:22 p.m. Evans was pulled from the building at 11:21 and pronounced dead at the scene. Fire department spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said witnesses described an "electrical smell" and arson investigators later deemed the fire that killed Evans to be accidental in origin.

The fire was limited to Evans' room in the rear of the building.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
