'Bubbles On BART' Fails To Inspire Revolution of Mirth And Whimsy Among Jaded Riders

It was strangely silent on the BART while the bubble madness continued, with Quoc saying "Bubbles! Bubbles! Bubbles!" every once in awhile. Oh, wait, what's that noise? It's the familiar sound of bubble solution spilling onto the floor again. No, people, no!

Quoc thought that when people have to walk through the bubbles to get on the train, they would somehow react to the whimsical spheres surrounding them. Sadly, this dude seemed to not notice a thing.
