What San Francisco gathering is complete without some nudity? Be it Critical Ass or the Folsom Street Fair, we are a town filled with a large subculture of people who like to disrobe in public. If you’ve not been moved to join any of the many groups gearing up to protest the Olympic Torch Relay tomorrow, perhaps you would like to join the Nude Run for Human Rights, as listed on Indybay. The poster cautions that "we are not exactly a protest" but that they are "positively pointing out" that "the original Olympic Athletes participated nude" and that "we support Human Rights, EVERYWHERE." Participants are helpfully cautioned not to "make a real flame." Assuming this is not a joke, you can meet your fellow nudists outside Tacqueria Pancho Villa at 12:30 (sharp!) and fuel up on a burrito before the run.-Andy Wright

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
