Holy Shit, Boys and Girls: It's our 1,000th Post on The Snitch!

They said we couldn't do it, but we did it! Actually, no one said we couldn't do it. And, to paraphrase Bill Clinton, it all depends on what the meaning of the word it is.

It is our 1,000th post here on The Snitch. Actually, this is the 1,000th post. When people ask us if we're about quantity or quality, we like to say "yes."

It's been a Millennium Falcon-fast first year and change here in San Francisco, and we've been honored to write (and write and write) about it.

Here, in fact is a retrospective of 2007, until that point our most glorious year on record.

    Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage.
