This just in from our favorite transit monopoly, the MTA. Hoardes of militant bicyclists to pedal for rights. Plus a moto-bro movement in Soma:
(A rainy) Critical Mass - On Friday, January 25 at 6:00 p.m. the Critical Mass bicycle ride will begin from Justin Herman Plaza (Where it Goes, nobody knows!). Also, Supercross - On Saturday, January 26, a Supercross event at AT&T Park will attract spectators and traffic throughout the afternoon. Practice will begin at 12:30 p.m. and the final show will start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 11:00 p.m. Those attending the event are encouraged to take Muni. The SFMTA will supplement Metro service with additional trains from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Metro shuttles will operate from St. Francis Circle to the Caltrain station at 4th and King Streets.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
