The Bridge School has released the lineup for its annual benefit concert. The concert, organized and spearheaded by the immortal Neil Young, will take place on October 25-26 at the Shoreline Ampitheatre. All proceeds benefit the Bridge School, whose work helps individuals with severe speech and physical disabilities better participate in their communities.

Here's the 2014 lineup:

Neil Young

Pearl Jam

Florence + The Machine

Tom Jones

Soundgarden

Norah Jones and Puss N Boots

Band of Horses

Pegi Young & The Survivors

Special Guests

Big '90s grunge stars are the draw here, with Pearl Jam and Soundgarden topping the bill. Hopefully the concert's acoustic only rule won't limit them. Florence + The Machine and Nora Jones, both in possession of a great set of pipes, will likely benefit from acoustic arrangements. Of course Neil Young can really do no wrong, with or without electricity.

Tickets go on sale September 19 on Live Nation.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
