The face (and sounds!) of Bi-Rite ecstasy
Who says
good food is the enemy of local music? Local DJ/producer Edgar Camago took musical inspiration from some of the Mission's favorite calorie dealers, like Bi-Rite Ice Cream, Tartine, Craftsman and Wolves, and Ritual. He visited, recorded the sounds of the places, added a few chords of his own, and combined it all into
this loving ode to the culinary delights of San Francisco. "I filmed and captured the natural melodic sounds of coffee being made, ice cream being scooped, and food being prepared," Camago writes. It's a pretty adorable tone poem, although one that's likely to make you very hungry. Watch:
