"Thanks, Beyoncé, but if we're verbing, I think you meant 'Bill Clinton'd all on my gown,' not 'Monica Lewinsky'd.'"
Monica Lewinsky totally has a point about that awful lyric in Beyoncé's "Partition" (Vanity Fair).

"Several witnesses claimed to have witnessed Cyrus trying to punch Jeremy in the face before club bouncers were forced to escort the heated Cyrus from the club."
Empire Sports reported last Sunday that Miley Cyrus tried to physically attack Ron Jeremy in a strip club over his parody of the "Wrecking Ball" video. This sounds too fun to be true.

"You should be able to go to a strip club as a man. I don't know how it's like here, but in America that's where we have our meetings."
We didn't get that memo, Jason Derulo (2Day FM).

"Obviously I wrote it -- don't you guys understand sarcasm?"
Courtney Love just told The Guardian that she wrote the "bitch with zits" note found on Kurt Cobain at the time of his death.

"When you see a lot more excitement generated from the dance tent, I

do think a staleness has permeated [rock music]... A pretty

conservative nature has crept into music and I don't mean sonically."
Trent Reznor isn't angry, he's just very, very disappointed (The Daily Record).

"Never in my lifetime did I think that I'd be able to get married legally. It's just amazing how fast everything is going right now and I'm just honored to be able to share my wedding with the world."
Lance Bass's wedding to Michael Turchin is going to be an E! TV special. Joy (GSN).

"He's... shipping in retina scanners to check all guests and two former agents from America's Secret Service to detect any intruders. There'll be twice as many security staff than guests and metal detectors at all entry points... They will be monitored by CCTV and have phones and cameras confiscated."
An "insider" claims that Kanye West's wedding to Kim Kardashian is going to be about as much fun as a trip through airport security (Heat Magazine)

"Dream voluntarily surrendered to the Midtown North Precinct this morning in order to responsibly address the false allegations filed against him by Lydia Nam. He is innocent of the charges filed against him today..."
The Dream is facing felony charges of assault and strangulation after accusations made by his ex-girlfriend (Rolling Stone).

"We are awaiting a full report from the New York Police Department. In the meantime, we'd ask that all your thoughts and prayers be with his family. We have been made aware of a webpage that is raising funds to help pay for his funeral costs. We will be making a contribution and we'd strongly urge others to do so."
Miss May I responds to the death of Alberto Scott, a fan who died after stage-diving during the band's recent New York show (Facebook).

Finally, we hope the fourth was with you (thanks College Humor

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
