This Week: Wedding Bells for Elton John, Legal Troubles for 2 Chainz, and Tears for Miley Cyrus

"In a felony complaint by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, the rapper will be charged with possession of a controlled substance for unlawfully carrying codeine... The rapper... faces up to three years in prison if convicted."
2 Chainz might do hard time for carrying a medication that's available over the counter in Australia, the U.K. and Canada, among others (Rolling Stone).
