Last week we told you about WinterSalt, a new music festival going down this Dec. 28 and 29 at the Fort Mason Center. While the festival has a solid Friday lineup announced -- including Travis Barker and Mixmaster Mike, Zedd, and Dillon Francis -- it was missing a name for Saturday's top spot.

That's no longer the case: Over the weekend, festival organizers announced that Diplo will be headlining WinterSalt on Saturday.

There is however, one "special guest" slot close to the top of Saturday night's billing that hasn't yet been filled. We'll let you know when that gets announced, but meanwhile, here's the WinterSalt lineup as it stands now:

Friday, Dec. 28

Travis Barker and Mixmaster Mike

Dillon Francis

Paper Diamonds

Aaron Axelsen

Saturday, Dec. 29

Special Guest TBA

Theophilus London

St. Lucia

Aaron Axelsen

Tickets are onsale now: It's $56.74 (including fees) for a Friday ticket, or $51.47 for a Saturday ticket (as the super-early-bird tickets haven't sold out for Saturday yet; don't expect those prices to last). A two-day GA ticket will run you about $98; VIP upgrades are available for more, of course.

Also, remember that Eye Heart SF, the group putting on WinterSalt, is also promoting its Streets of San Francisco New Year's Eve party just a couple of days later at Fort Mason. The headliner for that party: A-Trak.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
