4. Justice -- "Stress" (2008)

Shit is getting real. In this video -- which was never intended to be aired on TV -- troublemakers dressed in Justice jackets run amok in Paris, beating up hapless passersby, vandalizing property, and setting a car on fire. The action is staged with actors rather than random victims, but watch it and see if you can help feeling totally convinced.

The video premiered on Kanye West's website and provoked immediate controversy, both in France and around the world -- in large part because all of the hooligans are black or Middle Eastern. Be sure to catch the quick highlight at 4:53, when the kids turn on the radio to hear Justice's hit "D.A.N.C.E." and then angrily kick the radio until it breaks.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
