Grab Jonwayne's Mumble-Bounce Soother "Andrew," Hear Him Friday at Low End Theory SF

Here's a fresh track to get you stoked on the latest installment of Low End Theory SF, which rolls through 103 Harriet this Friday: An exclusive premiere of "Andrew," from SoCal producer Jonwayne's debut album Bowser. Jumping off with an utterly foreign collection of vocal (or are those synth?) sounds, "Andrew" then slides into a slowjamming hip-hop groove before more mouthy weirdness sets in. Grab this fun slice of bounce after the jump.

Jonwayne will be on the beats at Low End Theory SF this Friday along with guests Ras G, Samiyam, Teebs, Austin Peralta, Strangeloop, and more. Residents Daddy Kev, Nobody, D-Styles, and MC Nocando will also be on hand. The party, which we're big fans of, is now a regular every first Friday of the month.

Jonwayne's Bowser came out the Alpha Pup label April 16. Grab "Andrew" below:

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
