News Ludacris Shows Up in S.F. To Motivate High School Students

So why should San Francisco high school students hang tough through chemistry, French and European history classes? 


Among other reasons, because Ludacris says so.

The rapper/actor showed up at Thurgood Marshall High School in S.F. last Friday for a little MTV-sponsored pep talk on the subject of the importance of education. Receive his wisdom over here.

Ludacris flew up from Brazil -- where he's filming the sure-to-be-awesome fifth installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise -- to speak in S.F. for MTV's Get Schooled campaign. Turns out the guy not only graduated high school, he studied business in college. Check it out:
