Why do I keep thinking Local Natives are from San Francisco instead of Los Angeles? If I were in Chicago or Butte, MN, would I think they were from there based solely on the "Local"? And just what kind of perverse things are going on in the animal kingdom today?

Some questions to consider while you watch this impressionistic and yet weirdly literal video for their lead single, "Wide Eyes."

If you missed them at the Fillmore a couple weeks ago, just imagine this is what it was like.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
