Berkeley-bred foursome The Morning Benders' have been busy this past year with their Big Echo release, an upcoming tour with Black Keys, and that tweenage Bonnie and Clyde video for "Promises," which was nearly as gratuitously cute/violent as a school play of Scarface. Now the band has released another new song, "Go Grab a Stranger," which didn't make it on the album. Just as lush and replete with that sweet balladry, shivery instrumentation and charm they're getting known for, "Go Grab a Stranger" is streaming now on their site.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
